• September 2004, Walked around in Brussels for a while. It was just "the Day of environment" in a year and vehicle was not allowed to use in Brussels city. EU established the day. Buses and trains were unlimited rides free of charge. There were many bicycles because the car was not on the road. The bicycle riders wore helmet and its special bike gear and ran fast with high power. Walked gently because the weather was also good.

• A lot of people were there in the restaurant street and the Grand-place. There were festivals with stuffed people. They were walking quietly not screaming nor dancing.

Town Hall is a masterpiece of Gothic construction in the 15th century. It shows the prosperity of Brussels in the Middle Ages. Bell tower of 96m at the center boasts of eminent beauty in Europe.
"King's House" was constructed by the order of Kahr V in the 16th century, and repaired in the 19th century. The old documents and pottery, etc. are exhibited as a municipal museum now.
Starting from Louis XVI contribution, clothes of Mannequin Pis are exhibited in the King's House. Many countries, including Japanese traditional boy's doll for the boy's festival in May, contributed the costume.

Bronze statue made by carver Duquesnoy in 1619. Today's Mannequin Pis wears a considerably fashionable clothes probably because of the fair.
